Tuesday’s Lessons.

This Tuesday, for the first half, we will be going through the various KICK DEFENCES, keeping on our toes learning how to avoid and block kicks, move into space being aware of our surroundings and keeping a suitable distance from an attacker using kicks. For the second half of our lesson, we will be looking at the AMERICANA ARMLOCK, which is the first fight ending technique in the syllabus.

Friday’s Lesson.

Last Friday’s lesson (24/11/17), as it was a quiet week, we postponed the usual grading preparation lesson in exchange for a catch up lesson for those that attended, so this week we will be running the grading preparation for lesson 9.

An essential lesson for members who meet the requirements for grading, to refine the skills to a confident level and be prepared to grade next week.
